Lateral IBD interview on-site vs phone
So with lateral ibd interviews the phone interviews all seem pretty technical based.However what about after you pass that part and they ask you to come into their office and meet people for more interviews.
Do you think the questions will become more fit or more technical? If its senior bankers i think it will be more fit based and mds/vps but if its meeting analysts then its probably more technical
what do u guys think is the format for final onsite 1 day meeting lateral interviews??

technical mostly with associates. With MDs it will be your deal experience
i had a first round lateral interview with associates + and even the principals at the bank were asking me all sorts of modeling questions (merger + lbo case studies). blahhh
sherminator: what kind of q's? why case studies i never heard of that for laterals, is this for lateral pe?
