happy to help brah, it took me a while to realize this concept, but after years of trying to add this or that habit, my life meaningfully improved when I began cutting out bullshit, instead of adding seemingly productive other bullshit

Had a former boss who wore the same outfit every day (black slacks though, not for me) I gave him shit about it once like when do you clean that shirt (obviously he had multiple sets but we talked a lot of shit at this company), but he says "I haven't thought about what I was going to wear in over 20 years." Bitch to the professor whenever you disagree with how something was graded. Make up some excuse if you miss a homework or an assignment. Doing these two things helped boost my GPA hugely
Wrap a wet paper towel around your beverage and put it in the freezer. In about 15 minutes it will be almost completely ice cold.
