Had two superdays there, multiple interviewers said they're 90/10 in terms of deals/pitching and overall had pretty massive dealflow. That, along with the low number of bankers (like 40 in the NY office) and non-existent hierarchy definitely makes it possible. Still a great culture though.
how do you get an interview there ? They don't post at my school. There's no online application either LOL.
Yeah they only recruit from a handful of schools, mine is one of them. Didn't network or anything tho, just got my resume pulled.

Same, just blind applied and got a superday and then those dicks ghosted me after the SD!
Great shop though - would take it if I got an offer and had nothing from a bank I wanted more. They have a SICK logo, work on massive deals, and I think they pay above street. No idea for exits since they’re pretty new
