London IBD/PE
Hi, I wish to create a discussion to try to recap the application process steps for SA programs in all major banks in London (BB + EB + others). For example, I know that GS is:
CV + 300w letter ---> HireVue ---> AC,
while JPM is
CV + CL (Optional) ---> Pymetrics + Hirevue (for all) ---> (1/2Phone calls?) ---> AC
Could we do it for all banks, from GS/MS to BNP/Nomura?
Thanks!
D.E. Shaw: Send CV -> Rejection
Can confirm this is their application stages.

A timelime to those steps would be great too!

Am I right that JPM didn't start their recruiting process yet?
There are a bunch of positions up, but not IBD. There's research, markets, syndications group, quants etc.
There is market? If I'm going to their career site I can just see the american ones??
MS: CV + CL + Tests ---> 2 Phone calls ---> AC
BAML: CV + Questions ---> Alumni Phone call ---> AC
Citi: CV + CL ---> Tests ---> Phone call ---> AC
Nomura: CV + Questions + Tests ---> Phone call ---> AC
BNP: CV + Tests ---> AC
Thank you, this is precisely what I was looking for! For the others? DB, UBS, CS, EVC, PJT, ROTH, ...?
When you say "questions" for BAML, is this a video interview or cover letter-style questions?
Thank you for this thread, do you have a recap or a current topic with all summer opened at BB/EB ?
Respectfully I would prefer if we kept this thread on topic. The information you desire is constantly updating and readily available elsewhere.

I'm from the US and am wondering what exactly an AC is. Is it like a superday in the US?
Yep same thing
Bump! We'd need the next banks... now we have:
GS: CV + 300w letter ---> HireVue ---> AC
JPM: CV + CL (Optional) ---> Pymetrics + Hirevue (for all) ---> (1/2Phone calls?) ---> AC
MS: CV + CL + Tests ---> 2 Phone calls ---> AC
BAML: CV + Questions ---> Alumni Phone call ---> AC
Citi: CV + CL ---> Tests ---> Phone call ---> AC
Nomura: CV + Questions + Tests ---> Phone call ---> AC
BNP: CV + Tests ---> AC
alumni phone call?
No, I work at this bank and I intervirw guys who are not from my uni...
Doesn't BAML have a Hirevue + app Qs?
BofA Hirevue is missing
MS in has 2 rounds (4 interviews) before AC
How long until after your BoA submission did it take for you to receive hirevue?
