McKinsey First Round Result
I applied to McKinsey in Asia (I live in the US) and had my first round case interviews on Friday. I believe I did really well on one but felt quite lukewarm about my performance on the 2nd one. On Monday (next business day), the recruiter I have been working with reached out to say that one of the interviewers (a specific one of the two) will be reaching out to me this week to provide me with my feedback. The recruiter asked me to contact her once I have received my feedback. If it is a decline, is it a normal process to still talk to recruiting afterwards? Or is this potentially a positive indication? I know there isn't a 100% way to know but I am a nervous wreck waiting for my results.
