the average according to the compensation database is 218K...so I would guess with the minimum bonus it would be 180-200K?
wow, that kind of sucks. on average, first year associates barely make more than 3rd year analysts.
well thats because a 3rd year analyst is the cream of the crop who proved himself time and time again, while a 1st year analyst is fresh out of a MBA program who has no track record at the company.
regardless, you spend 120k on an mba program, you expect to get some roi.

What does the average IBanker make at a BB after about 10 years. I dont mean the stars who make millions because i'm sure not all IBankers make that unless your a star but how about the average IBanker whos good enough to continue but not a star?
Wouldn't you be close to MD after 10 years if you start as an associate?

well the way I see it not everybody gets to MD level, while VP promotion is more or less obligatory
