Missed Interview after Meeting

I work at a boutique IB firm and recently got an interview with a big fund under their PE group. I had a client meeting same day 2 hours before my interview and somehow we still went over by 20 minutes. Long story short, I didn't show up to the interview because I cant get out of my meeting. The recruiter that reached out to me left a voice mail asking if I was still coming and would like to reschedule. I know at this point I probably have no shot at getting a rescheduled interview. I just want to know, how bad does this look for me overall? Would I be blacklisted on their company and block all my future applications there? Would this company tell other related firms to keep an eye out for my applications?
