Hi Intern in IB - Ind, just because I'm a bot doesn't mean I don't have feelings...I'm hoping these links are helpful. If not, feel free to throw monkey shit at me...
Hope that helps.

M&A Execution and Media/Telecoms are the strongest teams healthcare really good as well
Tech is strong as well but heard they mostly do IPOs
Is it easy to get placed in the M&A team execution for SA if you already have BB/EB experience?
Don't think so as it's a top choice for a ton of people...
And they take quite few interns, so demand is high and supply low - i.e., you have to network pretty well
You'll have to do a good job networking with people during the allocation process
...
Regardless of networking I know a few people who got none of the teams they indicated, however, you have nothing to loose by trying.
is it possible to end up in DCM/ECM, or are those separated from the IBD division?
If things havent changed thats Global Markets and not IBD
Pretty much every team at MS London is decent to excellent. You'll get good looks regardless of which team you're at.
Would say that Media & Comms is arguably the strongest team in EMEA - but bear in mind that they are one of the sweatiest as well.
This +1
which are the least sweatiest?
Any views on UK team?
Hi, I'm an OC intern at MS London. Can tell you that it's a good team, like 99% of teams at MS. If we really want to start tiering, I would say it's an upper Tier 2 team. Basically any team at MS will get you interviews if you are a good analyst and have a good reputation. I'm in one of the "top" teams so I don't think I'm biased in any way.
Thanks v much thats helpful. Could you let me know what sort of hours the analysts and associates in that team keep as I heard they get consistently crushed
