As far as I remember:

· 2 30 min regular interviews: 1 technical and 1 fit related. · 1 case: 30 min preparation and ~20 min to present to one interviewer. · 1 group case: ~5-10 min or so to prepare, then discuss which solution you recommend in a group of ~6-7 while ~4 (one HR, rest bankers) overlook and then the bankers ask questions to the group. · 1 written test similar to the one you did online.

Rest of the time you're just sitting around. A few points of advice for the cases:

· Think about a framework you can use to evaluate potential M&A targets for the case. An example could be company/market/financial/synergies. Then go through the framework for each target. This makes the case a lot more presentable and shows structured thinking. · For the group case, don't overrule others, let everyone be heard but don't be afraid to say your opinion either. It's a balance but in general just don't be a dick and you should be fine.
