MSIM Private Equity Insights
Does anyone have any info on Morgan Stanley's Investment Management (MSIM) Private Equity Solutions team? Currently going through their SA process and would love to hear about culture/exit opps/comp etc.

Career Resources
It's a group that has very strong performance and is growing. It is PE fund of funds, so not much technical work at the junior level I assume
Thanks for the answer - had the call with the MS AIP team. They seem to be expanding quickly and doing more work besides fund of funds.
PM if you want more info
Added a comment on another thread but just went through FT recruiting with them. Process was extremely technical. First round was half technical. Then had a LBO modeling exam. Then had a super day with multiple paper LBOs and a bunch of accounting and valuation technicals.
Thanks for the insight! Hopefully things turned out well and you got an offer? I'm going through their SA process so I know it might not be as technical as doing paper LBOs. Do you have any more insights on comp/culture?
Don’t want to expose myself by saying whether I got the offer or not. People seem very chill and normal. Comp is in line with banking at junior levels. They really preached culture and long term interest in FOF investing throughout the process.
