I would say there are not really must ask questions - you should try to foster a real conversation about the role that the individual holds, what they do on a daily basis, what exites them about it, etc etc.
Try to let it flow naturally and not like you are going down a list of questions.

Most important COMP!!!!! You need to find out if they are a BSD, so you will also want to ask how many bitches they take down a week, how many models and bottles they can crush in a day, and of course how much the juniors fear/worship them?
Also make sure they know you're the alpha in the conversation, so make sure to regularly cut them off.
