Networking Help - being less monotonous
I've been networking and have had no trouble with securing introduction calls with cold emails. However, I feel that I'm not spontaneous enough within my interviews and also have trouble with the "ask" at the end of the call. Does anyone have any tips on how to generate targeted questions during the interview from what they say as well as how you go about asking your contact to connect you with other members within the firm?
You get better at it the more you do them.
I understand that, and I've been slowly getting better. I just feel like I'm missing something especially in how to make the conversations feel more natural. Like even responding to what they say. Introvert problems...
