Nomura vs. CS vs. PJT
Which firm would be the best for M&A experience and analyst experience?It seems like there is a lot on here about CS slashing it's investment banking business similar to UBS and DB. I think I would be interested in solely working on M&A would you say Rothschild is the strongest for this? It seems like they are doing better in the league tables than CS for M&A as well as Nomura.
Rothschild has a great rep. and strong in M&A, lean deal teams, interesting deal exposure. Would probably go with them.
In Europe Rothschild is up there with Lazard as a EB. But in the USA they are no better than a mediocre MM.

False, if you listened to CS earnings call you would know that CS is looking to grow its advisory and M&A practice. They are only cutting redundant roles in risk and compliance
