Non-Western Ivey HBA Applicant; Should I even bother?

Hey, so I go to one of Rotman, or Laurier and am currently in my second year of studies.I have been heavily considering transferring to the HBA program at ivey due to the strength and support provided for U.S. finance employment.I just want to know if it's a long-shot to apply to Ivey; For context, my GPA is at a 3.85 on a 4.0 scale, I did a private wealth mangement internsip the summer before first year, did a venture capital internship this past summer, and am now working part-time as a M&A and corp. finace analyst at a boutique MM firm.I'm also part of my schools finance club, investment fund, and another investment club between universities.I'm just worried because other Ivey HBA applicants are very strong, and making to the program as a commerce student at another business school is very competitive given the strong pool of applicants.I'm just worried that I'll put the time in, dream, and be let down by letting myself believe I had a chance.Honestly, Ivey would help me out so much in my goals in making it to the U.S. are at least eventually provide me with a network i can build up during my two years there that I can hope to leverage through out the rest of my career.

Literally stop ranting here and apply, if you have the time to type this out in r/uwo and WSO, you have the time to apply.

Also basically impossible for kids to go to NYC from the shit-tier Canadian schools nowadays (since around 2019 or so), so basically it's Toronto, Calgary or try to network across the pond to land a London seat.

Lol queens and Ivey send a handful of kids to the US + NYC every year regardless of visa situation simple LinkedIn search or quick scan of their target clubs proves my point
