Not all rich people are prestigious, but all prestigious people are rich

Wealth alone does not make prestige, but is a prerequisite. For example, a greasy pale skinny STEM virgin like Zuckerberg or Gates who got lucky and became billionaires are not prestigious. They did not have prestigious alma maters, nor a prestigious career path.

A greasy 15 year old in his mothers basement trading Dogecoin and Shiba Inu who is a multimillionaire is not prestigious.

An overweight short virgin trading NFTs from his studio apartment in a tier 7 city is not prestigious.

A lottery winner is not prestigious.

There are plenty of prestigious people who are involved in fine arts, philosophy, humanities, etc. who do not earn much money.
