PJ solomon is better for most industry verticals other than the exact one that Financo specializes in which i believe is retail / consumer. Financo only does deals there. You can exit to PE out of MM PE out of either, -- likefly a bit easier out of PJ solomon
What about culture / hours in each firm's NY office? Assuming you're in PJ's C&R group for comparison's sake? Curious to see which firm would offer the best overall experience if they both have equal exits to MM PE. Thanks!
is there a lot of difference in pay for known PEs and small shops?
i.e. Ascribe Capital vs. other unknown PE (with ~ 20 ppl)
