Post-Superday so confused

So I attended a superday on Monday with an investment management firm in Chicago for a 2 year rotational program, but this is their first year piloting the program. The superday went so well- 5 interviews with 2/3 people for half an hour each. I thought all of them were great and got good feedback from everyone. The last two people I talked to (both of which I had spoken to together in the previous round) said I'll hear from HR soon. Emailed HR today to follow up, she said she'd let me know of the next steps shortly. Emails me again later and says as an update she will have news in a week or 2. Am I waitlisted or are they just getting the offers together since this is only their first year piloting the program? If I was waitlisted, I genuinely don't know why because my convos with the CIO and president went really well. I know I'm just freaking out but I need some insight to calm me down. Didn't expect to hear that I would have news in a week or two but I guess it's better than no news? Also to add, when I asked technical nitty gritty questions about the program during the superday a lot of the answers bordered "we're figuring it out" or something along those lines

makes sense! Thanks, just worried because after superdays people say they usually get a response within 1-3 days to a week seems concerning but i'm sure it's fine
