chicago is an ideal city to trade in. the market open is reasonable, well priced city to live in, the options exchange, etc

the market open time and COL are nice-to-haves but the real reason so many firms are in Chicago is because the options and commodities exchanges are there. Same reason there are so many in NYC - the exchanges.
