Psychological / maths tests at funds
Question to fellow investors: I have the glorious task of finding an appropriate maths and psychological test for new joiners. What are you guys using at your fund (if anything) or have you ever taken one of these before? I never had to and am still not sure about the benefits (yet). Any recommendations would be helpful, for either psychological ones and or maths. Have briefly seen SHL, Optiver, Myers-Briggs, Caliper, but want to make sure which one is used nowadays.
