RE PE Acquisitions
Hey all,
Was just wondering if anyone knew of any primers on RE PE Acquisitions or of any guides that go in depth about technicals for interviews.
Thanks

The word primers should be banned from this site. Worst fucking word
If you want to learn about REPE and you’re at the point where you need a PRIMER!!!!! Then literally anything you read about real estate will help you learn
There isn’t a condensed article where you can learn everything you need to know about REPE before your first round interview. You just start reading anything and everything about real estate you can find and eventually shit will start to make sense.
Also some sap on this site will prob drop you some links
Dude... chill out
OP: Check our Adventures in CRE to learn how to model. Be familiar with the capital stack, know recent deals that are done (read on Commercial Observer and The Real Deal), and know the typical metrics for hurdle rates (IRR sand Equity Multiple). Knowing how to model a waterfall scenario will be useful and may be expected.
