anyone knows what are the exit opportunities for research analyst who are working in real estate firm such as jones lang lasalle and knight frank?

Can anyone please expand on the exit opportunities for RE covering RIETS?

I have several questions: 1) Is RE competitive / desired experience in the RE industry? 2) Is transitioning to REIB, REPE, or corp equity research possible from research? 3) Does covering publicly traded RIETS change the answer to the questions above? 4) What are the best and most logical transitions / exit opps from covering RIETS?

All feedback and insight is greatly appreciated.
