Main point would be to quantify the results of your actions. Not just say "Researched this" but say "Researched this and produced x and y report that was used by senior management to z"
If you've gotten interviews and no offer it likely isn't your resume that's the pain-point. Very rarely will the resume ever truly be the final decision maker. (If you have two candidates COMPLETELY tied in terms of performance for technicals / behaviorals / fit / etc. then it might come down to the resume. Once you've got that 1st interview it comes down to YOU. Suggest brushing up / interview prep.
