REFM Private Equity Fund Modeling Self-Study Course

As most of you probably know, GetREFM is having its end-of-year 50% sale on self-study courses. I've purchased an acquisition and development from the website and was happy enough with them (a couple of the more complicated formulas the narrator doesn't do a great job conceptually explaining them).

Has anyone purchased the Private Equity Fund Modeling course? I haven't come across a few of the topics covered through other CRE resources, e.g., rolling up multiple investments, projection of mgmt. fees, and fund-level clawback. The material seems relevant, but I'd like to know how often (if at all) analysts do this kind of modeling in their jobs. If it's not expected of analysts, I'd rather spend my time elsewhere.

-Thanks in advance.

Would be great if a moderator could setup a group buy. I'm sure like myself tons would be interested. However, not sure if this is against forum rules.

It's all good, I'm in the same boat. I'll have to ask someone else to pm you my contact information, you should get my email in the next couple of days and we can communicate that way.
