REFM Private Equity Fund Modeling Self-Study Course
As most of you probably know, GetREFM is having its end-of-year 50% sale on self-study courses. I've purchased an acquisition and development from the website and was happy enough with them (a couple of the more complicated formulas the narrator doesn't do a great job conceptually explaining them).
Has anyone purchased the Private Equity Fund Modeling course? I haven't come across a few of the topics covered through other CRE resources, e.g., rolling up multiple investments, projection of mgmt. fees, and fund-level clawback. The material seems relevant, but I'd like to know how often (if at all) analysts do this kind of modeling in their jobs. If it's not expected of analysts, I'd rather spend my time elsewhere.
-Thanks in advance.
Interested in this too. Tempted to take the plunge and fork up 300 but if anyone has any input would be much appreciated.
Would be great if a moderator could setup a group buy. I'm sure like myself tons would be interested. However, not sure if this is against forum rules.
I'll also be interested. Would be great if we can do it before the promotion ends.
I'm interested as well
Any updates on this?

PM'ed
I am interested as well. I am a new user and can't PM yet? Maybe you could message me? Not sure how this really works yet.
It's all good, I'm in the same boat. I'll have to ask someone else to pm you my contact information, you should get my email in the next couple of days and we can communicate that way.

It's explicitly displayed on the website

If this turns out successful, we should do the same thing for BIWS RE course.
Hey everyone, I had some of my messages rescinded by moderators so i've edited my comments to remove any potential issues.
