Life Time / Six Flags Real Estate Roles?

Does anyone have connections to people working in real estate roles at lifestyle or experiential brands? I'm thinking of in-house real estate teams at companies like Life Time, Equinox, or even development roles tied to theme parks and water parks like Six Flags.

I'm not entirely familiar with how these teams are structured or what the day-to-day looks like, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has insight into what it's actually like to work in one of these positions (if they exist in the way I'm imagining).

I know a few people on the Life Time team, they describe it as less intense than their prior roles in brokerage/development but they get to work on a lot of cool spaces and like the company. I can reach out to them if you have more specific questions.

Interesting. Is the team a lot of folks with prior dev experience? How do they underwrite deals? How are deals typically capitalized?
