I was wondering what the analysts get paid at small regional boutique banks with like 1-2 locations and 20-30 employees (or something like that)? I'm sure it varies, but if anyone knows, I'm very curious. Thanks!

I’m at more of a MM M&A boutique but my base is 70k and signing bonus was 5k. Haven’t received a bonus yet since I’ve been on the desk for 3 months so can’t help you there. Seems like a bit lower than what I see from a lot of people on WSO but it was the best offer I had and I have been enjoying the work/life balance of a smaller shop.
