Here is my list for the D.C. area (which is in addition to what has already been mentioned):

Jones Lang Lasalle - McLean, VA, which is the Washington, D.C. area NorthMarq Capital - Bethesda, MD, which is the Washington, D.C. area Cantor-Fitzgerald - Bethesda, MD, which is the Washington, D.C. area Holliday Fenoglio Fowler - Washington, D.C. Perseus Realty Capital - Washington, D.C. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank - Washington, D.C.

CBRE's formal investment banking group is in New York City but it has all kinds of different capital groups. I know it has a structured finance office is in McLean, VA. But based on the preponderance of the information, the lion's share of CBRE's RE investment banking/capital markets is run out of NYC. Very similar deal with Cassidy Turley--its core investment banking/Capital Markets Group is in NYC.

Cushman & Wakefield has REIB offices in Washington, D.C., NYC, and Dallas.
