Reputation of Altman Vilandrie & Company and Exit Opps to Growth Equity?
Past threads are pretty dated.... Any updates on this firm in terms of how they are viewed in the tech space as well as potential exits to growth equity?

Career Resources
I work in GE / VC and am not familiar with this firm. That said, this industry tends to be more open-minded around recruiting than say, buyout PE. I also came out of a smaller consultancy — while not having a big brand on your resume will close some doors, as long as your experience / projects are high quality the move is certainly possible.
Altman is a well known strategy boutique in the tech space. They also do quite a bit of PE work/diligence/etc.
Why are you focused on growth equity? It's largely minority investments and is not most people's first choice in the PE world. Not that it's a bad career, just curious.
Bump anyone have intel on these guys' placement into PE?
would linkedin search for exits. its a super well regarded firm (in Telecom would imagine its MBB equivalent but tech idk) - lots of DD so you'll get deal exposure but whether or not that translates to PE exits you would have to find out
bump
Respond to this I can PM you if you’re still curious
Hi would love to hear more about Altman Solon
