Good format, good relevant coursework. GPA is a bit low. You should probably list your major GPA if it is higher.

The main thing here is you're heavy on the academic experience and light on the work experience. Lots of guys will not like the absence of internships / co-ops, etc... I assume there's not much you can do about that now. Maybe you could get a part time unpaid at a local firm or something, anything to get some more work on there.

Yea my GPA should be 3.3 at the end of this semester but other than that the best I have is a 3.2. I am trying to find some more work experience but I live in a city that doesn't have many job opportunities for students in finance.
