Salary changes post-COVID
Will IB salaries grow or decline after COVID? I've heard both and am not sure what to believe as a summer analyst.

I don't know what most banks out there will do. No way of knowing.
But, some of our staff will get the option to WFH permanently with a few select days in "co-working spaces". their salaries will be reduced (no London or NYC weighting) and their commute/travel expenses removed.
FO people will remain in main offices for 2-3 days only.
