Sales at S&T internship

Is there anyone who has done an S&T internship who can describe what a summer analyst might do (especially on the sales side vs. trading)? Is there much of a difference while you’re an intern in regards to sales or trading? I know interns legally can’t do much, but I was curious about what the day-to-day might look like as I’m really interested in going into S&T.

Currently doing an internship in sales at a large bank a large French Bank (this is Europe tho) in Cross Asset Solutions (90% is equity structured products). 3 people on the desk but we're the best performing desk on the whole floor (~75% of the 2021 target already me. The people I work with are rockstars...guy can sell sand in the desert. I have a shit ton of responsibility. Mostly pricing requests (client wants to know the price of a DIP for example). Also some trade ideas and termsheets and some more admin stuff. Of course you can't really do the "real" work but you learn a shit ton about the products and stuff. If you wanna know more just pm.

On a side note: I would take a sales jobs no questions asked. So much fun and if you're killing it you will be paid a shit ton (and can move to trading) But this would be only in the US. In Europe it's dead af! No exit ops and you can't really move to trading anymore bc of Brexit and all the relocations.
