If I can select group mates on my own, then no problem. But some class had predetermined group list, which was totally random and I ended up with some incels, then I just did most of the work and sent a peers evaluation to the prof.

You're the only non-moron at a non-target? Maybe they just realize this fucking nerd's gonna do all the work when he gets done spazzing out. Who's the moron?

Why suck it up and get the bad grade? Why is that an option? Just pick up the workload yourself. Thats what happens in real life- you don't just call it quits at 5P and take losing a client. You stay late and get the work done. This is actually one purpose of interviews; to see if you're the type to stay late or not.

Don't snitch if you don't have to. I'd light up my group and see why they're not doing their work. More often than not I ended up doing their parts. Such is life.

School Group Project Problems

When the requirement is that you all present for an equal amount of time, how do you go about this?

Here's how you handle all these projects. You want to get a fucking A+?

a) Take the lead. Assign roles/work.

b) Plan on no one doing the work. Do your share and then maybe send out 1 reminder about their work and then succumb to their laziness.

c) Send out another note. Do their share of the work and then just create a PPT for the final presentation.

d) Send out the PPT to the group. Tell them to read where it has their name and says to read. Easy peasy. Take the lead in the PPT, open, do your part, and close.

A+

I probably did this 10 times in college. You know what doesn't take that much time? Doing the actual work. You know what takes time? Babysitting. If they want to be a baby about the project, spoon feed them and move on. Take the A, ditch the ego, and everybody wins. They weren't going to do shit anyway. They just wanted a B. If you want the A+, you were going to have to pick up the extra slack anyway.
