Seeking advice on Masters Program

I recently graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Quantitative Economics. My GPA is 1,5 and I'm seeking advice on what subject of masters degree and what schools would be the best to pursue to ultimately work as an analyst and PM at a hedge fund in Germany.

I'm currently looking at the Technische Universität München Ms.c in Finance and Data Management. I had read on another form post that WHU and LMU may be better options.

I'm open to any advice and would appreciate it greatly.
