Seeking modeling tutor / mentor?

Hello all, as the title says, I'd love to connect with a PE modeling tutor or mentor through WSO. I come from a background where I didn't have to do complex modeling. Have always been able to put together basic models including LBOs with simple bells and whistles which was fine for recruiting. Now though, as I'm working with our firm's models, I'm finding that there are mechanics / functions that I'm simply not familiar with. I don't want the team to be disappointed with my work, and I'd love to work through a few examples / scenarios with a tutor. I'm happy to write a check or ship an adult beverage of choice.

Also, in case someone suggests I just work with my team on this since they'll know best, I get the sense that they wouldn't want to spend a lot of time working 1 on 1 with me getting into the weeds here since they're so busy.

Related note, any good mentors via WSO that would be a good fit for this? Thanks!

PM me.  I work with a professor of finance at Columbia and NYU who does this with kids at Blackstone and Carlyle.  He was Penn undergrad and Harvard masters / PhD.

He uses the Mercer Cluster (most powerful supercomputer in NYC) to calculate "If I give you the price of an equity and a series of cash flows, what's the implied discount rate and growth rate?"  He is the best in the world at what he does.

Hi all - I am a private equity professional and  CFA charter holder with over 10 years finance experience

I am looking at giving lessons for anyone looking to put their best foot forward into the PE world. There is lots of material out there already but sometimes you may need that personal touch as well as seek true insight into the job and industry.

Prices for lessons will vary based on the number required.

Please feel free to reach out if you would like to explore such further.
