I had a superday yesterday. I did really well with two higher ups(VP/Associate), but then the last one(Analyst) was just average(i was his last interviewee so he was really tired). How much influence will the analyst have?

If you did a great job with the higher ups, then it doesn't matter. But it's not like they made him do interviews for no reason.
I would relax and try not to worry about it.
