Switching from Big4 Advisory to Strategy

Hi guys, I'm currently a sophomore interning in the advisory practice of a big 4 firm. I was wondering how feasible it would be to somehow lateral to the strategy group (Strategy&, Parthenon, Monitor) for next summer. What steps should I take to make this possible? Thanks

Firms can be touchy about these things. Your best bet might be to apply to the strategy practices at a different firm. You're probably in a good position already having consulting experience as early as your sophomore summer.

Hard especially as these firms often separate the advisory arms from the strategy arms. Networking is key.
