Teacher to BCG
Hi Guys,
Currently filling out app for BCG. Was wondering, should I apply for a summer internship or straight up associate's job?
Currently working as a TFA Chemistry/Physics Teacher.
2070 SAT/3.65 GPA/non-target state school. Fulbright Scholar Recipient. Cum Laude. Biology major (GO SCIENCE).
lol keep dreaming
Awh man kind of mean. But consulting firms do love us lowly teacher folk :)
Why would you put sat scores instead of GMAT? Do firms really care about what you did when you were 17?
I don't know, but they asked for it in the application. I also put my MCAT Scores (33)
Summer internships are only for Undergrad Juniors and MBA 1st years, and SAT scores only matter for undergrad hires. To be honest, it is unlikely that you will get an interview at this point. Try getting an MBA or going to grad school before applying.
Should probably apply for associate. I would also talk to any TFA alumni who are now at MBB to get some advice.
