The Power Vest is a form of male privilege

I've become so desensitized to SJW/libtard stuff that I really can't tell whether this is satire or not.

"The Power Vest is a form of male privilege, a hideous fleece totem of the patriarchy’s oppression of non-cis-male people in the workplace."

https://www.buzzfeed.com/katienotopoulos/i-wore-a…

Bumblebtuna_analyst:
Anyone that refers to someone that identifies as their biologically correct gender as “cis-gender” should fucking die. It just goes to show what the state of affairs in the U.S. looks like these days.

It could be worse. In the UK they are arresting people for pug dog Nazi salutes and for posting rap lyrics with the word "nigga" in them.

"The Power Vest flaunts a very cruel male privilege: being comfortable."

If "being comfortable" is a male privilege, then "being fashionable" is a female privilege. Men generally cannot experiment at all with their clothes in the workplace; for many of us, it's the same "uniform" every single day. Women can do pants, dresses (of varying lengths and tightness), blouses, shirts, all different kinds of shoes, and all the colors of the rainbow. Women can accessorize, they can carry (really useful) bags and handbags.

This stupid author would hate wearing men's clothes after about 2 weeks. She'd be bored out of her mind.

This is what happens when a woman only gets attention from beta nu-males. Her psychotic ramblings are simply a futile attempt to drown an ever-present soul-crushing sorrow derived from the fact that she’s not lusted after by any assertive, powerful men. Her near-zero level of self-esteem and realized lack of ambition have driven her into the dumb-cunt depths of mediocrity and perpetual self-pity. Open the dumpster; we got another one for the landfill, folks.

This woman is reaching real low for material. If a man did this to a woman, he’d get rekt too—it’s so hypocritical. Bezos no doubt feels he’s on top of the world. He’s looking healthy and feeling good. Why shouldn’t he stick his chest out? He is a healthy and thriving man. What this writer is doing is lower than what most men would do to women because she’s trying to hate on what are actually good qualities about the image here, and discourage happiness.

If she had an actual man to curb her depreciating cat-lady and future land whale aesthetics by laying down the reality of her low value, perhaps she would not be a post-wall bitter bitch. Instead, she was surrounded by low-testosterone beta orbiter pansies, and another soul is lost to the poisons of post-sexual liberation western civilization

Sad! Many such cases!

The vest is essential to both traders and investment bankers. Would a saiyan warrior venture out of planet Vegeta without wearing his saiyan armor? Negative Houston.

But the reason is even more deep rooted than that. Analysts can't afford to buy tailored dress shirts. When the dress shirt is fully tucked while seated, the analyst is constrained and develops serious back problems. There needs to be free range of motion for the young analyst. The vest allows for leakage of the dress shirt in order to achieve range of motion due to its ability to cloak free flowing cotton, thus allowing the analyst to continue working night and day.

The Patagucci vest does not belong on a "Tech bro", the only thing that belongs on the tech bro is a black eye. The tech bro shops at Ikea and consumes a ridiculous amount of cuisine coffee despite not having the need to consume caffeine. His, him, they, their, koala, works 9-4 hour days with one hour breaks and is best fitted with a GAP sweatshirt and chino shorts from H&M.

What concert costs 45 cents? 50 Cent feat. Nickelback.

As a cis-female who regularly wears quilted vests and sleeveless blazers, I'm insulted that the author is implying I don't have a right to dress the way I do without trying to "make a statement".

In all seriousness, I thought we were above this talk track by now. There is no secret boys club, I'm not bumping my head on a glass ceiling, and I can wear a vest if I want to (and frankly, never thought anything of it).

Unfortunately, I don't think this record is gonna stop spinning anytime soon. Psychotic individuals like the author of this shit-piece are so bereft of intelligence and integrity that they will stop at nothing to spread their cancerous woe-is-me victim-hood mentality, so long as it remains profitable to do so.

Back in my college days, I participated in many alcohol-fueled debates with people like the author: The kind of person that is so entrenched in an ideology that, even in the face of crystal clear evidence disproving any given part of their harpy diatribe (often cloaked in a facade of empathy), they shut down mentally and act out like a child who wasn't permitted to have ice cream for supper. It's quite insane to see it happen in real time, over and over and over again.

When confronted with hard truth and reality, these people dig their holes of delusion deeper still, intensifying their pernicious thirst for embarking on never-ending witch hunts in the hopes that they'll always have that ethereal bogeyman on which they can blame misgivings, personal failure and abject stupidity.

Everything is "privilege" to someone with a woe-is-me victimhood mentality. Born white? Privileged. Male? Privileged. Heterosexual? Privileged. Parents married? Privileged. Go to college? Privileged.

These people are beyond reason. They don't want to take responsibility for their lives so they blame it on outside factors. If you enjoy it, they will hate it. Misery loves company. It's not about making them happy, it's about making everyone else miserable. SJWhales don't want equality, they want privilege.

Where's the last Buzzfeed article talking about 90+ percent of workplace deaths being men? Or the majority of homeless people being men?

I could ramble on but I'll stop here.
