Thoughts: Cowen versus Wells Fargo

Have an offer from each company. Really loved Cowen's culture and the pay is higher, but not sure if the Wells Fargo name will be better in the future.

Cowen will be in the NY office, while Wells Fargo does not assign offices until after a networking day in a few months - so I could end up in North Carolina, which I do not want.

If you want to be in NY, take Cowen. If you want to avoid NC at all costs, take Cowen. The difference in brands is minimal and will be far less impactful to your life/happiness than your first city of residence.
