Urgent - Thoughts on Digital Bridge

All,

Some questions below:

1) What are the exits of former people at DigitalBridge?

2) Would you consider joining them over any MF?

3) What is work life balance there? Is it known for being a sweat shop or does it actually have a cool culture? Have heard mixed opinions, so keen to have more light on this

4) What is the perception in the market? I have landed an offer there and I am seriously considering joining them

Thank you!

For the inevitable time where they nuke this with "Deleted" here is what was said:

Remember, always be kind-hearted.

FYI decided not to accept that offer.

After some due-diligence, the culture was too toxic, payment was slightly subpar to other good funds (and other options I had), exits can be good but you will be a bit pidgeonholed in digital infra but that's not necessairily a bad thing per se so just make sure you like it.

Altogether, solid firm & growth trajectory, but just be prepared to be worked as hard as if you were in a MF and be paid subpar to it
