Thoughts on Guggenheim MM Group?

Applying for 2022 full-time opportunities for Guggenheim and I’m curious on the MM groups located in Chicago and Atlanta. How does the MM group compare to the normal groups in NYC? How does it compare to the other banks in Chicago (ie William Blair)? Is pay and exit opps much worse than the normal Guggenheim groups?

Base is $100k. I don't know about bonus but would assume it is on par/close. They've been killing it (0 > 50 employees in 2 years) and have closed a ton of deals

Base pay is same for all Gugg analysts -- Chicago making same as NYC analysts. Can't speak to bonuses, but Chicago office has been killing it, so I imagine they were very good, as Gugg is known as one of highest paying on Street.

Gugg Chicago is basically a group of Blair tech folks (I think IT services?) that got picked off. MDs brought junior talent with them. I assume culture is similar to Blair, that is, solid but be able to talk about Big 10 football. Not sure how exits are, but I imagine solid.
