Thoughts on switching from IB to consulting?
I'm considering a jump to Deloitte for a consulting role that I've been wanting for a while. The issue is:
1) I'm ok in my current role at a fintech startup. 2) I've 6 months before my vesting period 3) New job offers similar salary (7% +)
Suggestions?
What is the position title at Deloitte and whats the rough TC and your YOE (if you are ok sharing?)
Title says IB, but your post says fintech. Major difference in answers depending on which one it is.
The company considers itself a Fintech startup. We are developing an app to make it easier for startups to connect with opportunities to raise capital , offer advice or sell their product or the company itself. My role is more in the capital matters.
I give the chance of success at 25%
