Top IB Recruiters in London for lateral hires

Hi all,

Anyone know who the top IB recruiters are (e.g. which ones do Evercore, PWP, PJT, Centreview, GS) use for lateral recruiting at an analyst / associate level?

What I appreciated most was how closely his background, career path, and long-term vision aligned with my own ambitions. As Pan European Monkey said, Dartmouth and Freshminds are the common ones that come to mind.

I know Centreview uses Dartmouth and Greenhill uses Freshminds. I'm inclined to say PWP and Evercore do it in-house but not 100% sure about this.

Best Response

Freshminds are used by Greenhill and Gleacher, all of the others are using Dartmouth. Generally speaking your best bet to lateral at an EB (not Laz/Roth as classes are bigger) is to know people working there and show that you would fit. They will call you if they need someone.
