trading enviroment+$$

hello,
I'm still in high school so i have plenty of time to think everything over. i've always been interested in finance and investing/trading. my sister has a friend whos a cme trader, i dont know what he trades or for whom he does it, but she talked to him and i can get a internship type of thing with him. assuming i would get a job after the internship, how much would i expect to make? ive heard trading is extremely stressful (which makes sense) is this true? is it enjoyable? someone on here said that you usually only last 10 years or so in trading, why is that, and what do you do after that?

love the forum and thanks

You are still in high school. You will not get an internship until you are probably a junior in college, which means you have at minimum 3 years before you would even be eligible.

Go have fun. Think about this later.
