They're a pretty second-rate consulting group. Their primary focus area is identifying insurance underpayments or non-payments for healthcare providers, and the recouping the money that is owed. They do almost no strategy and little IT, so I assume their exit opps are extremely limited and only within the healthcare fields. I'm sure you could find exits at hospitals/insurance co's, but there seems to be little upward mobility to Bschool/MBB/finance-anything. I (very) briefly considered them because of the healthcare specialty, but if you have the chance, I would really recommend going somewhere management/strategy-based with a healthcare practice area if that is your goal.
