Typical Career Path for undergrad hires

So I'm wondering how long do most analysts work in company they were initially hired in? I know for most IB analysts it's usually 2 years in IB -> 2 years IB/Buyside/Entrepreneurship->Business School->IB/Buyside/Entrepreneurship.

So what's the typical path for average strategy consulting at the Big 3? Do most of them work for 2 years and then go to business school (on the company dime) and stick around with the company for X years and then go work for a more specialized consulting firm/PE/start-up?

Obviously there's going to be a lot of variability, but what are some of the typical paths you guys have seen?
