Updated View On Balyasny

Hey guys,

Thanks for taking the time to answer. Just curious about any updated thoughts on BAM. Completely understand that everything in dependent upon the PM but curious about comp, associate to analyst to PM progression and anything else you think would be helpful to know. Currently have two offers from different MMs and both PMs are very good so just trying to decide. Appreciate the help!

Thanks!

Have two friends at Baly and their respective pods are crushing it. As you alluded to, it really depends on the PM who is heading up your pod and how interested you are in the pod's area of focus. Otherwise really tough to compare other MMs unless you're looking at parallel pods.

Thank you, sir. I already signed my offer with Baly because the PM is an absolute stud with a track record of developing analysts but it's certainly reassuring to know that your friends are liking it there.
