So The work stress has been peaking and i feel like I'm doing 3 people's job and my management is mad at my performance.
I had a very heated conversation with my boss and almost thought I'd lose my job, but I didn't.
Option A: Serve till I Succumb under stress ( and save up)
Option B: Quit and negotiate a pay for the emotional stress/damage ( uncertain outcome)

Talk to HR and see if they can help take load off.
I'd say take a PTO and relax for a bit
