Wells Fargo - Experienced Hires

Does anyone have any more recent information (within the past year) regarding WF's S&T division performance, comp, outlook, culture, etc.? I know a number of people that left a couple of years ago as result of the retail banking scandal putting a ton of pressure on bonuses firm wide so I am curious to see if things have changed since. Specifically looking for information geared towards more experienced folks (VP and higher) but appreciative of any other insights. Also, how is working in S&T while living in CLT compared to NYC?

Thanks all
