What do MD Exit Ops In ER Look like?

Most lucrative would be a pre-IPO (but nearing IPO) company's CFO. Otherwise, head of IR at Fortune 100, some become senior investment banker (they been pumping deals anyways might as well get paid for it), there are other nonconventional exits.
